1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Voseno ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Voseno API and website. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. API Usage & Licensing

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the API for your internal business purposes or for the development of applications that interact with the API.

2.1 Restrictions

  • You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the API available to any third party.
  • You may not use the API to build a competitive product.
  • You must respect the rate limits and fair use policies associated with your plan.
  • You may not cache or store data for longer than 24 hours unless explicitly permitted by your plan.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and the API are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

4. Data Rights & Sources

Voseno aggregates data from public sources and third-party providers. We do not claim ownership of the underlying property data (e.g. from BAG, Kadaster). You are responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR.

5. Fees and Payment

You represent and warrant that (a) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (b) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (c) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
