The Golden Record
For every address in the Netherlands, we maintain a “Golden Record” combining data from:
- BAG: Official building registry
- WOZ: Valuation history
- Energielabel: Energy efficiency
- Kadaster: Ownership and transaction history (where available)
Use Cases
- valuation: Build AVMs with high-quality input data.
- Risk Analysis: Assess environmental risks like flooding and foundation issues.
- Energy Retrofit: Identify properties with poor energy labels for renovation targeting.
